Key Points
No 100% Detection Guarantee
While we strive for maximum accuracy, no phishing detection system can guarantee 100% detection. All verdicts are based on current data and machine learning models that continuously improve over time. Users should still exercise caution with any suspicious emails. The purpose of providing a confidence scale is to indicate to you our degree of confidence about a given verdict. However even when we indicate a high level of confidence, this cannot be taken to be 100% accurate.
Service Accuracy & Improvement
Our service currently operates at approximately 96% accuracy. This accuracy rate may vary and improve over time as our machine learning models are trained on more data. We continuously work to enhance our detection capabilities.
Acceptable Use Policy
Our service is intended for legitimate email verification purposes only. You agree not to use the service to test malicious content creation, attempt to circumvent security measures, or engage in any illegal activities.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected issues may occasionally cause service disruptions. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
VerifiTrust and its associated parties shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to damages from phishing attacks, identity theft, or financial loss. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
